We are the newest seasonal worker provider in the UK

Whilst we are a new SWS operator (Seasonal Workers Scheme), we are not new to providing labour to the agricultural and horticultural sectors.

The TELPASC consortium (via ethero Ltd) is a group of highly professional, GLAA Licensed ethical labour providers and international recruitment partners.

Our combined experience of working with both clients and candidates in this sector spans decades, with knowledge of all UK geographies and seasons.

Combined, we have license to provide up to 3,750 seasonal workers per annum to clients across the UK in 2023.

Our goal is to build a world class, ethical, efficient recruitment process and experience which protects workers and clients equally.

Key steps for participating in the TELPASC Seasonal Workers Programme

Applying

The application is free. To express your imterest, please send an email to sezonskirad@easytovisa.com containing your CV or a short description of your abilities and previous experience in similar jobs.

If your candidacy is selected, an interview will be scheduled. The final selection of participants is entirely the decision of TELPASC. The interview is free.

Paperwork

In the case that you are selected, you will be asked to issue a set of necessary documents. To do this, you must prepare:

    • Passport;
    • Certificate from the school (for students);
    • International driver’s license (if available);
    • Tractor driver’s license (if available).

You will then receive a link to e-registration. The registration is free and your data safely stored.

Allocation to the agricultural farm

On the basis of the set of documents, candidates will be allocated to the existing vacancies on the agricultural farm in great Britain. The final selection of placement at any Farm is the decision of TELPASC. Allocation is free.

Contract/Agreement

If you are allocated to an agricultural farm and receive a job offer containing information on the type and period of work, payment and living conditions, you will be asked to sign a contract agreement for a seasonal agricultural worker. The contract is free.

Preparing for the trip

Before you go to the UK, you need to buy a ticket and get a working visa (the cost of a visa is about 244£). Visa information support and the certificate of sponsorship required for a visa (Certificate of Sponsorship) from TELPASC entitles you to obtain a work visa without income and bank savings. This will be provided to you free of charge.

Work in an agricultural farm

On the appointed date you must arrive to the UK farm, according to your allocation and contract of seasonal agricultural worker, and start work. For the first week in the UK you need to take with you at least 200£ for your own expenses.
