G Solutions Group doo is the only company in western Balkan with the UK Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) Licence. This licensing scheme regulates businesses that provide workers to the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry, to make sure they meet the employment standards required by law.

Following GLAA licencing and becoming Concordia’s international agent for the western Balkan, we have started a new website easytoseasonalwork.com, with the intention to offer different programs for young people from the western Balkan to work in the UK on agricultural farms, to learn new skills and earn money.

Our mission

Our mission is to expand opportunities for young people from Balkan to work, travel, learn new skills, earn money and change their lives, as our founder and CEO Milos Veselinovic did.

During his last year of University studies, he worked as a picker on Wight Salads tomato farm in Kent in 2006 with close friends. All had an amazing experience but for him personally, it was an experience that changed his life.

A few months after his return to Belgrade (Serbia) he was contacted by a US head-hunter who offered him a position in the UK Visa Application Centre(WorldBridge Service) which was a division of the US company CSC. At the end of the recruiting process, he found out that one of the main reasons why they contacted him and offered him a job was his UK work experience at Wight Salads farm. Therefore, let’s try to make your life story amazing as well.

We have all been witnesses of labour exploitation and modern slavery and so it’s important for us as seasonal workers recruiter to understand the law and all our duties. At the ultimate workforce, we take our legal and moral obligations seriously and we are proud to have a GLAA licence – GSOL0001.

What Is The Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority?

The Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority is a UK public body that was set up to monitor protect vulnerable and exploited workers within the fresh produce supply chain and horticultural sectors, as follows:

  • Agriculture
  • Horticulture
  • Shellfish gathering
  • Any associated processing and packaging
Why Was It Set Up

It was set up to regulate and investigate the exploitation of vulnerable workers and to tackle unlicensed and illegal labour providers within England & Wales.

They regularly work with law enforcement organisations such as the police and the National Crime Agency in a bid to stop organised crime across the UK.

How You Can Find out If An Agency Has A GLAA Licence

Workers and employers can search the national GLAA register to see if an individual agency has a valid GLAA licence at the following link: https://glass.gla.gov.uk/pr/s/

What our Clients say about us

Through your agency I obtained a few visas for the UK. I am very satisfied with your service in the sense of dedication and providing information up to the tiniest details. Whenever I called or emailed you, I received a detailed response very fast. I am glad I found people dedicated to their job and very polite. Thank you.

Aleksandar M.

Very simple and very fast service from the moment of the first contact with the agency to the issuing of the visa. Clearly defined necessary documents and steps of applying, as well as the easiness of communication during the process are just some of the things which I’d highlight in this, for us, very easy and positive experience of applying for a visa.

Ivan Glisovic

“Thank you for your efficiency and big saving of time during the applying for the UK visa. We will recommend you.
